**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, validate, and analyze data from various departments.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for internal teams and management.
- Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and data models.
- Automate reports using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros).
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights from reports.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Support audits, performance tracking, and strategic planning through data.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

**Required Skills**:
**For Freshers**:

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and a good sense of numbers.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, Statistics, or related fields.
- 1-3+ years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, dashboards, Power Query).
- Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Google Sheets is a plus.
- Ability to generate business insights from data.
- Prior experience in reporting for sales, operations, or finance departments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any related field.
- Knowledge of **automation and scripting** for reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
