JOB SUMMARY

Description of Duties:

- Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate networks and in-house servers.
- Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of computing infrastructures, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
- Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Resolve problems reported by end users.
- Define network policies and procedures. Specify system requirements and design solutions.
- Research and make recommendations on server system administration.
- Monitor scheduled jobs and computer output for completeness, accuracy, and errors.
- Perform all critical data backups and secure data according to best practices and established procedures.
- Install firmware and security updates on servers, printers, and related networking equipment.
- Configure and maintain Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Anti-Malware, etc. for maximum internal network protection.
- Maintain all data used for redundancy efforts and assists with remediation efforts as result of test findings and risk assessments.
- Log all computer, terminal, and printer hardware/software

problems. Call appropriate maintenance organizations and arrange for repair. Notify supervisor of unusual problems.
- Assist with software upgrades and installations. Create scripts for automation of common tasks.
- Provide network support with a variety of operating systems. Implement and manage disaster recovery and back-up.
- Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.
- Monitor network to ensure optimal performance.
- Test release of products to minimize user impact and ensure compatibility.
- Proven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skills.
- Zoho and other backend systems

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in a network administrator role, at least 3 years.
- Hands on experience in networking, routing, and switching.
- Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server and Cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to set up and configure server hardware.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
- Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology required. If real world experience is significant, this requirement can be adjusted.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
