Position: Part-time Nursing Faculty for Home Healthcare Courses

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced part-time nursing faculty member to teach home healthcare courses. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering the curriculum as per syllabus, as well as assessing and evaluating students' progress. The position requires strong teaching skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping students learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and teach home healthcare courses, developing assignments and assessments, and delivering lectures and presentations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and knowledge retention.
- Assess student learning through assignments, exams, and other evaluations, and provide feedback to students in a timely and constructive manner.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure alignment of course content and assessments across the program.
- Stay current with trends and developments in home healthcare, and incorporate new knowledge and best practices into the curriculum.
- Attend faculty meetings and participate in program development and assessment activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the program director.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Current and active nursing license.
- At least two years of experience in healthcare.
- Experience in teaching and curriculum development ( Preferable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to student success and excellence in teaching.

Working hours: This is a part-time position, typically requiring approx 30 hours per week, with some flexibility in scheduling based on course needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 2 years (preferred)
