**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated entry-level **Nursing Tutor** to join our academic team and support nursing students in their educational journey. This position is ideal for recent nursing graduates or nurses with up to 2 years of clinical experience who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and helping students succeed in their nursing program. The Nursing Tutor will assist students in understanding nursing theory, improving clinical skills, and preparing for exams in a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tutoring and Academic Support**:

- Provide individual and small-group tutoring to nursing students on course content, including nursing theory, clinical skills, and exam preparation.
- Review key nursing concepts (e.g., anatomy, pharmacology, patient care, nursing assessments) with students to strengthen their understanding and academic performance.
- Help students prepare for tests and assignments by guiding them through practice questions, critical thinking exercises, and study strategies.
- **Skill Development**:

- Assist students in building essential nursing skills, including critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and patient care techniques.
- Provide feedback on students' clinical performance and help them identify areas for improvement.
- **Engagement and Encouragement**:

- Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Act as a mentor by providing advice on study habits, time management, and self-care strategies to ensure academic success and well-being.
- Encourage student participation in tutoring sessions and create a non-judgmental space for questions and discussions.
- **Collaboration with Faculty**:

- Work closely with nursing instructors and program staff to ensure tutoring support aligns with course objectives and curriculum.
- Provide feedback to faculty on student progress and any areas where additional academic support may be required.
- **Progress Tracking and Reporting**:

- Monitor student progress during tutoring sessions and offer ongoing feedback on their academic development.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring activities, student progress, and any specific challenges faced by students.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in nursing education, clinical practice, and best teaching strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and expand clinical knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education & Certification**:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- **Experience**:

- 0-2 years of clinical experience in nursing (recent graduates or nurses with less than 2 years of practice experience).
- Previous tutoring, mentoring, or teaching experience is a plus but not required.
- **Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong foundational knowledge of nursing theory, clinical skills, and patient care.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students.
- A patient, empathetic, and encouraging approach to teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students in a professional setting.
- Comfortable using educational technology, including online learning platforms and virtual tutoring tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
