We are currently hiring a **Performance Marketer** with **1+ year of experience** in running and optimizing paid campaigns. If you're data-driven, analytical, and passionate about scaling ads on Meta, Google, and beyond — we want to meet you.

**Role Overview**

As a **Performance Marketer**, you’ll take ownership of paid media strategy, execution, and reporting. You'll manage budgets, test creatives, and optimize campaigns to deliver measurable growth and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms
- Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (CTR, ROAS, CPC, etc.)
- A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and placements
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to align marketing goals
- Stay updated on latest performance marketing trends, tools, and algorithms

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of hands-on experience** in performance marketing
- Proficient with **Meta Ads Manager**, **Google Ads**, and performance analytics
- Strong understanding of **ad funnels**, **targeting**, and **campaign structures**:

- Experience in **retargeting**, **lead generation**, and **e-commerce** campaigns
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver under tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred)

**Job Details**
- **Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000/month (based on experience & performance)
- **Location**: New Delhi (On-site)
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday(10A.M TO 7P.M)
