
International Customer Support Execuive

.Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for our international customers based in the United States.
3. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
4. Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the root cause and taking prompt corrective actions.
5. Provide accurate product information and assist customers with product inquiries.
6. Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and policies to effectively address customer questions.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
8. Document all interactions with customers accurately in our CRM system.
9. Meet or exceed individual performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in an international environment or working with US-based customers.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding efficient solutions.
4. Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance.
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
7. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
8. 5 Days working 2 rotational off
9. Rotatational shift/ Night Shift
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
