Job description
- Knowledge of TDS & GST filing (Input Credit, etc.)
- Quarter closing & statutory audit clarifications
- ROC related processing
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
- Prepare and submit weekly/ monthly reports
- Reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate
- Preparation of monthly/ yearly closings
- Processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
- Monthly MIS
- Performing analysis of business performance versus forecast
- Preparing ad-hoc reports as per business/functions request
- Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions
- Daily IPD recording
- Receivables aging
- Creditors
- Verification of purchase bills with PO and quotation
- Assist in audit and balance sheet
- Assist in Budget Preparation
- Maintenance of Fixed assets register

Required Skill Sets:

- Good oral & written communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word is a must
- Working knowledge of Tally 9.0
- Good Knowledge of Excel
- MIS Reporting
- GST Data Entry
- GST Basic Knowledge
- Income Tax Data Preparation
- Advance Tax Data Preparation
- Balance Sheet Drafting in Excel Mode
- P O and Other Letter drafting knowledge
- Assisting in documentation and Book-Keeping
- Preferable with ERP experience
- Good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong decision-making & problem-solving ability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹160,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
