**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Proven experience in **SQL**, including writing queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of database structures, normalization, and indexing strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with incident management tools and support ticketing systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of.NET framework or other programming languages is an advantage.
