We are seeking an organized and motivated **Robotics Coordinator** to oversee our STEM robotics projects, ensuring students gain valuable technical skills in robotics, engineering, and programming.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and coordinate robotics activities, workshops, and projects for students at various educational levels.
- Develop engaging and age-appropriate robotics curriculum and activities aligned with STEM education goals.
- Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and parents to promote and implement robotics programs in schools.
- Train, support, and supervise instructors and facilitators involved in the robotics program.
- Conduct regular assessments of student progress, providing guidance and technical support as needed.
- Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and management of robotics equipment, ensuring all tools are in optimal condition.
- Manage program schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth operation of robotics classes and events.
- Organize and oversee robotics competitions and events, assisting students in preparing their projects for presentation.
- Stay updated on the latest robotics and educational technology trends to keep curriculum content relevant.
- Track program metrics and provide reports on student performance, program impact, and areas for improvement.
- Act as a point of contact for any queries related to the robotics program and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in robotics, engineering, or STEM education.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to robotics hardware and software.
- Experience in curriculum design and STEM educational programming is a plus.
- Passion for STEM education and a commitment to fostering a learning environment that encourages creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
