- Rs.10,000 per month (in hand) + Rs.15,000 variable pay

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and produce original, high-quality video content optimized for Instagram Reels.
- Stay updated on current social media and digital trends to create relevant and timely content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Stay informed about Instagram features, updates, and algorithm changes to maximize content visibility.
- Ensure all content adheres to copyright and data protection regulations.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Proactively identify and act on emerging trends and industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience creating engaging video content for Instagram Reels or similar platforms.
- Demonstrable portfolio of successful content with a significant following.
- Proficiency in video editing software and an eye for impactful visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of Instagram's content trends, features, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving trends and algorithms on social media platforms.
