**Position Overview**: We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator Intern to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be creating engaging content for social media platforms, with a focus on growing our online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create 3 high-quality posts daily (text, graphics, videos) for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and youtube.
- Research trends and develop content ideas to drive engagement.
- Schedule and publish posts regularly, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor engagement metrics, including likes, shares, and followers.
- Analyze post performance and suggest improvements.

**Performance-Based Stipend Structure**:
The stipend is directly linked to performance metrics, ensuring your creativity and engagement lead to tangible results. Below is a detailed breakdown of how your stipend will be calculated:

- **Daily Post Target**:

- Rs 80 for meeting the target of creating **6 posts/week** for our social media channels. The posts must be unique, and adhere to the company's content guidelines and sent for approval to our team. Only approved posts will be counted for stipend..
- **Follower Growth (Monthly)**:

- Rs 100 for every **200 new followers** across all social media platforms. This will be measured on a cumulative basis at the end of each month. The growth should be organic, driven by your content quality and engagement strategies.
- **Engagement (Likes/Shares) Target (Monthly)**:

- Rs 50 for every **200 likes** across all of your contents for the month.
- Rs 50 for every **100 shares** across all of your contents for the month.

**Bonus Structure**:

- An additional Rs 100 bonus will be awarded if monthly engagement exceeds **10000 likes** and **200 shares** combined across all of your contents on all platforms.
- An additional Rs 500 bonus will be awarded if monthly engagement exceeds **100,000 likes** and 1**0,000 shares** combined across all of your contents on all platforms.

**Internship Certificate**:You are eligible if have submitted 20+ approved contents per month or a total of 20+ contents during the period of your internship.
