Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the content development team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and animations for educational materials such as worksheets, presentations, and digital content.
- Design and develop engaging video content including animated videos, instructional videos, and promotional videos.
- Edit and enhance raw video footage to produce high-quality educational videos that align with our curriculum and brand guidelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of graphic design and video editing projects while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, animation, and video editing techniques.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create visually compelling promotional materials for online and offline marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor, preferably in an educational or children’s media environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts visually.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in creating content for young learners.
