Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visual designs for print and digital mediums, including but not limited to: social media graphics, website assets, marketing collateral, presentations, and advertisements.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate project briefs and concepts into high-quality visual designs.
- Work closely with copywriters and other team members to ensure designs effectively communicate the desired message.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to brainstorming sessions with the creative team.
- Assist in photo editing and retouching as needed.
- Contribute to the development of creative strategies and ideas for marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) and a variety of design styles.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
