**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our clinic as an Admin and Front Desk Executive. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service to patients, and supporting the clinic's operations smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous, friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about services, appointment scheduling, and clinic information.
- Ensure accurate patient registration, verify information, and update records in the system.
- Manage appointment bookings and coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff to ensure a smooth patient flow.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and payment collection.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain and organize patient records, files, and documentation as per clinic policies.
- Prepare and submit required reports and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely updates on patient care.
- **Billing and Payments**:

- Process patient invoices, manage cash handling, and maintain billing records.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to verify patient coverage, claims, and approvals.
- Address any billing issues or discrepancies.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond to patient inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Guide patients on clinic services, policies, and processes.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Assist patients with filling out forms and documentation.
- **Clinic Operations Support**:

- Coordinate with the clinic management on administrative functions and other support duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars for medical staff.
- Handle any additional administrative tasks as requested by the management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a similar role (1-3 years preferred in a medical/clinical setting).
- Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and clinic management software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and organization.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
