**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to other members of the development team
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and timelines
- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and compliance with coding standards
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Stay current with new Salesforce features and technologies and evaluate their potential use in our environment
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance

**Requirements**:

- 4-7 years of experience as a Salesforce System Architect
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and customizations
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading and mentoring other developers
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
