**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **detailed cost estimates** for interior fit-out projects (retail/F&B outlets).
- Develop **BOQs** (Bill of Quantities) for **civil, MEP, and furniture** scope.
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine material and labor requirements.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate cost inputs.
- Conduct site visits as needed for **quantity take-offs** and cost verification.
- Prepare and validate **furniture billing** based on work progress and vendor submissions.
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget control and value engineering.
- Track **variation orders** and ensure all scope changes are captured in cost updates.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 3-7 years of experience in **cost estimation for interior fit-out projects**, preferably in the **retail/F&B sector**.
- Strong exposure to projects like **Burger King, MAC, KFC, Starbucks**, etc.
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing **BOQ for MEP, civil works, and custom furniture**.
- Familiarity with **billing and certification of furniture vendors**.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software (e.g., Candy, Bluebeam).
- Good understanding of interior construction techniques, finishes, and materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
