Job Description: Quantity Surveyor (20+ Years Experience) – Cost & Contract Administration Lead Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with 20+ years of professional experience to lead the Cost Management and Contract Administration functions for major infrastructure and building projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and a strong track record of successfully managing project budgets, contracts, claims, and commercial risks. Key Responsibilities 1. Cost Management & Estimation Lead preparation of detailed cost estimates, BOQs, cost plans, and value engineering proposals. Review and validate contractor cost submissions and perform cost variance analyses. Develop project cost-control strategies and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
