**Job Title: IT Recruiter**

**Location**: Noida Sector 62

**Experience**: 3-5 years

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Payroll**: Right Advisors

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using a mix of job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, negotiate job offers, and facilitate the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling IT roles.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of the latest recruitment trends and best practices in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
