At **Solution Infotech**, we are seeking a **skilled and experienced SEO Expert** who can lead and execute effective SEO strategies, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings. You will work closely with our web development and marketing teams to ensure all SEO best practices are properly implemented.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with company goals
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, URLs, and images
- Manage off-page SEO including backlink outreach and local SEO
- Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of proven SEO experience**:

- In-depth knowledge of Google ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, schema markup, and site audits
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
