**Key Responsibilities**:

- Professionally manage inbound customer calls with empathy and efficiency
- Identify and resolve customer queries by providing accurate, timely information
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in the internal system
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve unresolved issues
- Maintain service quality standards and contribute to overall team performance
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **both English and Hindi** (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills with a customer-first approach
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be **based in Bangalore** or willing to relocate

**Salary & Benefits**:
