
Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Escalate complex or unresolved matters to internal teams with proper documentation.
- Consistently meet performance targets and maintain quality standards.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in customer service, telesales, or call center operations (outbound calling experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polite, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
