**Job Description -**
- Will be responsible for Service co-ordination both for Manitou & Palfinger division.
- Preparation and monitoring of warranty, paid visits on weekly & monthly basis.
- Planning and deployment of engineers to:

- Customers for Mandatory Service / breakdown service against warranty machines
- Breakdown machines beyond warranty
- Deployment for conducting Campaigns.
- Deployment of engineers for AMC Rental equipments for Warranty Service / Breakdown service
- Attending to customer call for breakdown machine and deployment of engineer on priority.
- Co-ordination with Principals for service and parts related support.
- Regular co-ordination with engine manufacturers / other OEMs for providing mandatory / paid services and arranging parts for it.
- Monthly invoicing to Principal and customers against paid Service visits - follow up for payments.
- Submission of Offers to customers for Spares
- Against inspection of equipments by Service engineers
- Direct enquiry from customer
- Placement of Purchase Orders on Principal against Customer orders / Campaign orders / Warranty Orders
- Follow up with Principals for supply of parts / arranging invoicing of parts to customers & AMC Rentals and coordinate dispatch of parts to customer site.
- Payment follow-up against supplies to customers.
- Interaction with customers on satisfaction of services rendered and take corrective actions to improve upon.
- MIS reports on service & Parts activity on weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain operational status of rental equipment (Manitou & Palfinger) on weekly basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
