- They are now incubating a P2P lending platform for investing in loans, which is a go-to investment platform where retail investors can invest in a diversified way in income-producing assets to build wealth in the long term. They enable creditworthy borrowers to lower their cost of loans and individual lenders/investors to lend directly to their peers and community thereby earning higher returns.
- They are looking for a market researcher who has a passion for working in the fintech industry. Their focus will be to collect and study information about customers, competitors, market, market trends, products, and services to direct their future business and marketing plans.**Responsibilities**:
Conducting primary and secondary research to inform product and business decisions.
- Primary research entails, interviewing our target customer segments and gathering useful insights- 1. Work closely with the product team to identify research objectives.
- 2. Conduct user interviews and derive key insights
- 3. Build and maintain customer personas- Secondary research entails developing a well-crafted research plan with clear research objectives. The focus areas will be researching finance and fintech space relating to:
- 1.Peer-to-peer lending company competitors- 2. Indian Finance and Technology History- 3. Socio-economic Market Research- 4. Lender Consumer Segmentation- 5. Brand Research- 6. Financial Literacy and Resilience- Competitor Research- 1. Maintain a comprehensive study of our competitors

- 3. Areas of focus include: business metrics, product, customers, marketing strategies, SWOT analysis, and brand**Education**:A background with an MBA in finance will be ideal.
