**Position**: Pizza Chef (Italian & Neapolitan)
**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Pizza Dough Preparation**:
- Expertly prepare and manage the pizza dough, ensuring consistency in quality and texture for both Italian and Neapolitan styles.
- Monitor fermentation and proofing processes to achieve optimal pizza crust characteristics.
- **Pizza Cooking Techniques**:
- Execute traditional Italian and Neapolitan pizza cooking techniques in a wood-fired or brick oven.
- Monitor and control cooking times to achieve the desired texture and flavor for each pizza.
- **Menu Development**:
- Contribute to the development of the pizza menu, creating innovative and appealing pizza recipes.
- Stay updated on current trends in pizza and Italian cuisine to introduce new and exciting options.
- **Ingredient Selection**:
- Source and select high-quality ingredients for pizza toppings, sauces, and garnishes.
- Ensure that all ingredients adhere to freshness and quality standards.
- **Kitchen Operations**:
- Manage pizza station operations during service hours.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of pizzas.
- **Quality Control**:
- Maintain high standards of pizza quality and presentation.
- Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to ensure adherence to culinary standards.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate overall food production and service.
- Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff members involved in pizza preparation.
- **Hygiene and Safety**:
- Enforce and maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the pizza preparation area.
- Follow and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Interact with customers to understand their preferences and special requests regarding pizza orders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality and visually appealing pizzas.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef with a focus on both Italian and Neapolitan styles.
- In-depth knowledge of pizza dough preparation, fermentation, and cooking techniques.
- Creativity in developing new and unique pizza recipes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
