**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **lead maturing and follow-up** calls to convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate **customer relationship management (CRM)** data and call records.
- **Receive inbound calls** and provide prompt support and information to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
- Perform **back-office duties** including data entry, documentation, and report generation.
- Ensure timely communication and maintain a professional tone with every interaction.
- Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal communication in **Bengali**, **Hindi and English**.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer queries effectively.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **telecalling, customer service, CRM, or back-office operations**.
- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi and English** (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Confident, disciplined, and goal-oriented.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
