**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies in the leather industry.
- Collaborate with designers and suppliers to select leather materials, styles, and designs that align with market demands and brand identity.
- Develop pricing strategies based on production costs, market trends, and profit margins.
- Manage the procurement of raw materials, production scheduling, quality control, and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Forecast sales and inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts.
- Work with retail partners to create visually appealing displays and promotional campaigns to showcase leather products and attract customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leather suppliers, manufacturers, and other business partners to ensure smooth operations and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor sales performance, track expenses, and manage budgets to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
- Address customer feedback and concerns related to leather products to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and sustainability practices in the sourcing and production of leather goods.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
