Pd Merchant

**Job Title**: PD Merchant (Leather Industry)

**Location**: Sector 37, Gurgaon (On-site)

**Gender**: Female preferred

**Experience**: Fresher or 5-10 years

**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 / month

Key Responsibilities
- Work on new product development / leather accessories collections, from concept to production
- Source and evaluate vendors and suppliers specific to leather materials, trims, hardware etc.
- Track costing, margins, negotiate prices with suppliers
- Oversee sampling process, ensure sample quality, make adjustments & approvals
- Liaise with production units / factories to ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and input into merchandising / assortment planning
- Maintain product data, specifications, quality checks documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good understanding of the **leather industry** — materials, production processes, quality control
- Experience: Either a fresher ready to learn or someone with up to 5-10 years in a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills & vendor management
- Good communication skills, attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines

Pay: ₹12,860.99 - ₹35,000.00 per month
