**Position**: Cluster Lead - Facility and Repair & Maintenance Services
**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee facility management and maintenance operations for a cluster of locations Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility performance and reduce operational costs Manage a team of facility managers, technicians, and service providers Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and oversee repair activities Analyze facility data to identify trends and areas for improvement Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for various facility services Implement and maintain quality control measures for all facility-related activities Respond to and resolve facility-related emergencies and issues Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness standards Develop and maintain documentation for facility processes and procedures Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and initiatives Implement energy efficiency and sustainability measures across facilities

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and facility operations Proven track record in managing multiple facilities and leading teams Excellent project management and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office suite Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices Experience in budget management and cost optimization Ability to work flexible hours and travel between locations as needed
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Master's degree in Facility Management or Business Administration Professional certifications such as FMP (Facility Management Professional) or CFM (Certified Facility Manager) Experience in the banking or financial services sector Knowledge of smart building technologies and sustainability practices
