**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As a Sourcing Executive, your responsibility is to Manage sourcing, supplier evaluation and negotiating contracts. Ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials, components, and finished garments. Maintain supplier relationships, quality standards, and timely delivery. Your efforts should contribute to enhancing the company's supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining the quality standards of our products.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
- Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and conditions.
- Managing supplier relationships and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Monitoring supplier performance, quality and delivery timelines.
- Managing the sourcing timeline to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Collaborating with design and product development teams to source materials that meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Working closely with the production team to forecast demand and plan sourcing activities accordingly.
- Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Conducting cost analysis and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

**Qualification**:

- SSLC or any degree.
- Should not be a Post Graduate.

- Sourcing executive: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- 2 Wheeler Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
