**Responsibilities**:
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues affecting the company.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Assist in managing corporate governance and compliance matters.

Handle legal documentation and maintain accurate records.

Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary.

Provide legal support to different departments within the organization.

Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and litigation matters.

Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations.

Assist in developing and implementing legal policies and procedures.

Perform any other legal-related tasks as assigned by the Legal Department.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a legal capacity, preferably in a corporate environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.

Knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Prior experience in a conglomerate or diverse business environment is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
