**Requirements & Responsibilities:

- Should have in-depth knowledge of Company Laws.
- Should be proficient in all types of Drafting Work, including Agreements, NOC, Affidavits, MoU, Board Resolutions, Notices, etc.
- Should ensure that all the documents are drafted, reviewed and interpreted as per applicable laws.
- Should have the ability to Negotiate & Finalize the agreement.
- To conduct internal audits, due diligence and to coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external parties.
- Should have knowledge of ROC-Compliances to support and assist company’s CS & CA.
- Should have strong knowledge of recurring ROC-Compliances such as AOC-4, MGT-7, etc.
- Should have knowledge of NBFC Compliances.
- Should have prior experience of DNBS-02, DNBS-10 & DNBS-13.
- To appear as an authorized representative for the company in any legal proceedings within the courts and outside the courts.
- Should maintain the Legal Board of the company, updating the board of pending cases on a daily basis.
- Should provide case briefs to the advocates and suggest what steps to take by providing Legal Research.
- Should provide Legal assistance wherever needed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
