**Location**: Salt Lake Sector V
**Salary**: ₹16,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in a similar role
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Event Coordination**: Oversee and manage all aspects of banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown. Ensure that all events are executed according to the client's specifications and high standards of quality.
- **Staff Management**: Supervise and direct banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and setup personnel. Assign tasks, provide training, and ensure that staff maintain professionalism and deliver excellent service.
- **Guest Service**: Greet and interact with guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally. Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction throughout the event.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels of banquet supplies and equipment. Ensure that all necessary items are in place and in good condition before events.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct pre-event inspections to ensure that the banquet area is set up according to the event requirements and company standards. Address any issues immediately to ensure a smooth operation.
- **Communication**: Liaise with event coordinators, chefs, and other departments to ensure that all aspects of the event are well-coordinated and executed seamlessly.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed during events. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in banquet service or a similar hospitality role.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and problem-solving under pressure.
- **Appearance**: Professional demeanor with a neat and polished appearance.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
**Education**:
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
