
Data Entry Operator Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry and Accuracy**: Input and maintain sales data, including customer information, orders, pricing, and product details, into our CRM system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
**Sales Data Analysis**: Assist in analyzing sales data and generating reports to identify trends, sales patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
**CRM Management**: Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring that customer profiles, interactions, and sales activities are accurately recorded and organized.
**Order Processing**: Collaborate with the sales team to process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any discrepancies.
**Inventory Management**: Coordinate with inventory teams to maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory levels, and assist in order fulfillment.
**Sales Documentation**: Prepare sales-related documents, including invoices, quotations, and sales contracts, and ensure they are organized and filed appropriately.
**Communication and Coordination**: Facilitate effective communication between the sales team, customer service, and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
**Data Integrity**: Regularly perform data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales data and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
**Sales Support**: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and assisting with customer inquiries.
**Process Improvement**: Contribute ideas for process optimization, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the sales operations.
**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a sales or customer-focused environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and coordination.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
