Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team in the printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing data related to production orders, job cards, inventory, and customer information in an accurate and timely manner. Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter daily production data including job cards, raw material usage, and finished goods in ERP or Excel systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer specifications, and dispatch schedules.
  • Input and manage inventory records – raw materials, consumables, and finished products.
  • Generate labels, invoices, and delivery challans as per order specifications.
  • Coordinate with production and sales departments for real-time updates on order status.
  • Verify data for completeness and accuracy before entering into systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports for production, inventory, and sales as required.
  • Scan, organize, and archive documents and records systematically.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company data and client information.
  • Identify and report data discrepancies or inconsistencies to supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Diploma in Computer Applications or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in a data entry or back-office role, preferably in the printing/packaging or manufacturing industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
