**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with branding and technology teams to design innovative, user-friendly interfaces for websites and SaaS products.
- Conduct user research and create personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and functional design solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet usability and accessibility standards.
- Perform usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, specifically for websites and SaaS-based products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user experience and visual design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects with mínimal guidance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
