**Job description**

We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer with a strong proficiency in Figma to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and growth within the design team.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and optimize designs for improved user experience and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design and digital marketing to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our deliverables.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and growth within the design team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree is must.
- Proven experience 1-2 years working as a UI/UX designer in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Proficiency in Figma or other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects related to digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and creativity.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
