## *Key Responsibilities*

### *Digital Marketing*
- *Campaign Strategy & Management:*
- Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Optimize campaigns for performance and ROI, using data-driven approaches to increase traffic and sales.
- Conduct SEO and keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility.
- Manage and grow social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- *Content Creation & Management:*
- Collaborate with the creative team to create content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ads and landing pages for better conversions.
- *Analytics & Reporting:*
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other digital tools.
- Provide monthly reports to management on KPIs, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

### *Video Editing & Brand Promotion*
- *Video Production & Editing:*
- Create engaging video content for social media, website, and promotional campaigns (product demos, customer testimonials, how-to videos).
- Edit videos for different formats (shorts, reels, YouTube, website) to meet platform requirements and trends.
- Add graphics, transitions, music, and other elements to enhance the visual appeal of the video content.
- *Creative Collaboration:*
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts aligned with the brand's promotional goals.
- Ensure all video content aligns with Lappyfy’s brand identity and messaging.
- *Brand Storytelling:*
- Develop innovative video campaigns to tell Lappyfy’s story, focusing on product quality, eco-friendly impact, and affordability.
- Produce content that strengthens Lappyfy’s position as a leader in the refurbished IT space and resonates with target audiences.
## *Required Skills and Qualifications*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in managing campaigns and content creation.
- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio).
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills, with an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of video production, including lighting, sound, and post-production editing, is a plus.

- Experience with influencer marketing, user-generated content, and community engagement.
- Familiarity with emerging trends in digital marketing and video content.
