**About the Role**:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Nagpur. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality graphic design solutions for our clients across various media. You will work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into visually stunning and effective designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and develop creative graphic solutions for print and digital media, including logos, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and more.
- Utilize design software like Adobe Photoshop, Corel DRAW, and Adobe Illustrator to create professional-grade graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and brand guidelines.
- Effectively present design concepts and revisions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles and visual communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Corel DRAW, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- A passion for graphic design and a desire to create innovative visuals.

- Telephonic Interview
- Technical Round (design skills assessment)
- HR Round (company culture fit and benefits discussion)
