Introduction:
What will you be doing?
- Perform and drive QA for Assurance reviews as per plan;
- Support senior management in annual planning exercise and provide continuous monitoring support to CT&E team and management
- Support key KPIs and SLA monitoring for CAS
- Land key messages and agree issues with internal stakeholders;
- Be accountable for the accuracy and completeness of the reporting data
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal Assurance stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

- Ability to take on work items and deliver by acting as an individual contributor
- Analytical approach and proven ability to manage issues through to resolution
- Understanding of Software development, various testing during software development life cycle
- A proven team leader and people manager with the ability to deliver through others even when the people may not report into the individual
- Strong analytical abilities, with a methodical approach, sound judgement and a close attention to detail;
- Extensive project management experience and strong organisational skills;
- Proven stakeholder management skills - setting and proactively managing expectations in challenging environments; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Undergraduate degree or relevant business experience;
- knowledge and experience in one or more of the following fields IT audit, Risk and Control, IT security
- Experience of working in a Bank or Financial Services;
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent understanding of risk and control assessment techniques; and
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work in a matrix organisation.
- Specialist Risk and/or Control-related qualification - formal accreditation / qualification relating to audit, risk and/or control/QA etc.; and
- 4-8 years of testing experience of Operational / Sox/ITGC/Cyber/Application Controls
- Hands on experience into IS Audits / IT Assessments and GRC (Governance, Risk & Controls)
- Knowledge or IS/IT Risks & Controls and respective Standards / Frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ITIL)
- Practical experience in managing Technology Risks & Controls in Banking/ NBFC domains
- Practical experience in design and development of SharePoint or similar tools
