The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about the courses, and ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment process. The role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of the educational programs offered, and a student-focused approach and achieve targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to prospective students about the institution’s programs and admission requirements.
- Assist students in selecting the appropriate courses based on their interests and career goals.
- Manage the entire admission process from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Convert leads from various sources (e.g., online inquiries, walk-ins, referrals) into enrolled students.
- Track and report on lead conversion rates and implement strategies to improve these rates.
- Organize and conduct information sessions, campus tours, and open houses to attract potential students.
- Represent the institution at educational fairs and events.
- Maintain and update the student database with accurate information.
- Ensure all records are kept up to date and follow data protection regulations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with academic departments to stay informed about course updates and new offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on admission statistics, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze trends and provide recommendations for improving the admission process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
