We are seeking an experienced and skilled **Structural Steel Detailer Draftsperson** to join our team full-time. This is an **in-office position** located at our Surat office, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment. You will be a key player in translating engineering designs into detailed, accurate shop drawings, ensuring the seamless fabrication and installation of structural steel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce Detailed Shop Drawings: Using Tekla Structures you will create precise fabrication drawings for steel components, assemblies, and connections.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams to ensure accuracy and smooth project execution.
- Client & Team Interaction: Participate in project meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams to review progress and address any detailing challenges.
- Maintain Industry Standards: Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards, codes, and company best practices.
- 3D Modelling: Develop 3D models of steel assemblies, performing clash detection and resolving any design issues before fabrication.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Proven Expertise in Steel Detailing: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in structural steel detailing, specializing in Tekla Structures.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge in creating 3D models, shop drawings, and fabrication sequences.
- Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye for detail and are committed to delivering high-precision work.
- Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach are essential.
- Full-time, In-Office Role: Must be able to work from our office—no remote work is available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
