⁠ ⁠Experience in creating detailed structural models, including beams, columns, walls, slabs, foundations, staircases, and other structural elements.
- ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to structural design and modeling.
- ⁠ ⁠Should have sound knowledge of both concrete and structural steel
- ⁠ ⁠Capable of handling live projects independently and coordinating among other disciplines like Architecture, MEP, Facade, etc...

**Skills**:

- ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent spatial awareness and ability to visualize complex structural systems in three dimensions.
- ⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and coordinated BIM models.
- ⁠ ⁠Effective communication skills for collaborating with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- ⁠ ⁠Problem-solving skills to address design conflicts and coordination issues within the BIM environment.
- ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of parametric modeling techniques and best practices for creating intelligent BIM objects.
- ⁠ ⁠Should have the ability to take the clash detection among the various disciplines and to generate the report /summary of the findings.
- ⁠ ⁠Ensure the QA / QC procedures as per the organization's standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
