Industrial and Home Automation Trainer

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Design and deliver training programs for industrial and home automation
courses
- Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and demonstrations
- Provide guidance and support to students
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automation
technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training aligns with organizational
objectives
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for
improvement
**Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of Industrial automation systems.
- Proficiency in industrial automation technologies (e.g., HMI, PLCs, SCADA,
robotics).
- Excellent instructional and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Education **-Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Computer
Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
**Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial automation,
home automation, or related fields
**Languages** - Fluency in spoken English, Hindi, Kannada
**Personality**:
- Pleasant, Confident, Well Groomed, Honest
**CTC**:
- INR 40,000 to 45,000 per month
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
