Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize campaign performance.
- Create compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
- Manage and optimize bidding strategies to achieve campaign objectives such as lead generation, sales, or brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Perform A/B testing and experiment with different ad formats, targeting options, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure campaign success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and web developers to coordinate campaign assets and landing page optimization.
- Provide regular reports and analysis of campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on PPC.
- Google Ads certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools for campaign tracking and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent understanding of PPC best practices, ad formats, and targeting options.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other PPC platforms such as Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they relate to PPC campaigns.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and setting up tracking pixels for campaign measurement.
- Experience working with e-commerce clients and managing Google Shopping campaigns.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
