**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**
- Post **daily content** (1 post + stories) across all handles.
- Plan and maintain monthly **social media calendars** and feed layouts.
- Ensure all posts are visually consistent and reflect the unique brand voice of each vertical.

**Content Creation & Curation**
- Ideate, draft, and coordinate creation of posts, reels, captions, stories, testimonials, and contests.
- Coordinate with design and creative teams to develop assets
- Assist in **content shoots and photoshoots** — from moodboarding to styling and execution
- Track open rates, CTRs, and suggest content improvements based on performance

**Campaign Planning & Execution**
- Plan and support **seasonal, festive, and product-specific marketing campaigns**:

- Coordinate with design, product, and website teams for timely rollout
- Monitor campaign timelines, checklist, and final content uploads

**Influencer Marketing & Partnerships**
- Identify, reach out to, and manage collaborations with **at least 5 influencers per month**:

- Share briefs, manage gifting, and coordinate for timely content delivery
- Track influencer performance and create monthly review reports

**Performance Tracking**
- Monitor weekly engagement and follower growth across all social platforms
- Share insights and reports on what’s working — with recommendations for improvement

**Advertising & Promotions (Paid Media)**
- Coordinate with the SEO & Performance Marketing team to support **paid ads** (Meta, Google)
- Share content and creatives tailored for ads — including reels, carousel posts, videos, and copy
- Draft compelling ad copies, headlines, and CTAs aligned with campaign objectives
- Support retargeting and lead gen campaigns through creative assets and landing page planning
- Track top-performing creatives and assist in optimizing future campaigns
- A creative self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, aesthetic-focused environments
- Someone who understands how content drives engagement, clicks, and sales
- A multitasker who can juggle different verticals and bring a fresh perspective to each
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, visual taste, and attention to detail
