**Job description**:

- **Role Overview**:_

The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety protocols across multiple construction project sites. The role involves ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, promoting a safe work culture, conducting inspections, and mitigating risks in real estate building projects (residential and commercial high-rises).
- **Key Responsibilities**: _
- Implement and monitor site-specific safety plans, risk assessments, and method statements for all construction activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Identify potential hazards and ensure preventive measures are taken for work-at-height, scaffolding, formwork, crane operations, and concrete works.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, worker inductions, and periodic safety training programs.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports with root cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Maintain all statutory safety documentation, records, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Contractors for maintaining safe work practices.
- Ensure PPE compliance, fire safety arrangements, and emergency preparedness on site.
- Liaise with external agencies, auditors, and regulatory authorities during inspections.
- Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent certification from recognized institute

Certifications (preferred):NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / ISO 45001 / Fire & Safety certifications

Qualification:UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
