Sales Trainer

Position: Trainer Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Responsibilities:
♦ Help increase the overall performance of the sales teams by creating and deploying leading-edge learning interventions
♦ Conduct new hire training - Virtual & F2F
♦ Monitor and report the effectiveness of the training program.
♦ Partner with Sales stakeholders in understanding business challenges and creating learning interventions that improve productivity
♦ Work on learning methodologies /ideas for retaining the learning in the training sessions
♦ Undertake projects to work with Bottom Quartile employees to enhance productivity
♦ Accompany and support business teams on-field to understand gaps and showcase best practices
♦ On the job coaching and feedback
♦ Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
♦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
♦ Ability to collaborate and work effectively with multiple levels and cross-functions in the organization
♦ Experience working in a B2C sales role
♦ At least 2 Year experience as a Sales Trainer
♦ Solid knowledge of Sales management and B2C sales pipeline management
♦ Ability to moderate large groups virtually and F2F
♦ Extremely organized and detail-oriented
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)
