Accounts Associate

**Job Summary**:
The Accountant is responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, and providing timely financial information. This role involves performing general accounting duties, preparing financial reports, and assisting in budget preparation and financial analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Ensure all bank transactions are recorded and accounted for accurately
- Maintain records of purchase and sales
- Follow up for account payable and account receivable and maintenance of that record on regular basis
- Assist in filing GSTR return and TDS return and any other tax compliances
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Maintenance of material stock and update its records on regular basis
- Other office work

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
