
Domestics Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Engaging and developing the retail show room business
- Be extensively involved in the promotion of the brand in the key retail showrooms
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the domestic distribution channel.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of distributors across the designated territory
- Set and achieve aggressive sales targets for assigned business vertical Institutional, Retail & MBO’s
- Promote the business in online market place like Amazon & Flipkart
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to promote the brand in POS
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Oversee pricing strategy within the distribution channel.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
- Travel regionally to meet with distributors and attend industry events if required
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in domestic sales management, preferably within the têxtile industry or a similar B2B environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Strong understanding of têxtile products, trends, and the distribution landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage distributors effectively.
- Data-driven approach with experience in sales forecasting and analysis.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
