**Job Title: Printing Machine Helper**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in setting up and operating printing machines.
- Load paper, ink, and other materials into the machine.
- Monitor machine operations to detect issues and ensure smooth printing.
- Perform quality checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Help with routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs of machines.
- Remove finished printed materials and prepare them for further processing or packaging.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic machine issues.
- Work closely with the printing team to meet production deadlines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a printing or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding role.
- Basic mechanical skills to assist with machine maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail for quality control.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with different types of printing machines (offset, digital, flexographic, etc.).
- Knowledge of printing materials, ink, and color matching.
- Previous experience as a machine helper or operator in a printing press.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
